This estimation tool provides, within a few seconds, an initial projection of the eligibility dates for applications for sentence adjustment (placement outside prison, semi-liberty, conditional release, etc.). The calculation is indicative only: only a legal consultation can precisely determine the applicable legal regime and the measures that may be requested.

This simulator provides estimates based on the rules of the French “Code de procédure pénale” (French Code of Criminal Procedure). It does not replace personalised legal advice.
